Thanksgiving Math & Reading Fun is a November pack of 30 kindergarten-level worksheets for ages 4 to 6, built around turkeys, pies, cornucopias, cranberries and a gravy boat.
One coloring scene is a bakery table full of pies, muffins and cookies with a smiling bear baker. The other shows a big turkey leading three little turkeys across a field, which doubles as a nice picture to count and compare.
The reading side has two pages of word tracing, cut-out word cards, two sentence pages and two word searches. Your child also writes a thankful sentence, a small but meaningful bit of writing for this age. The math pages practice counting and writing numbers to 10 and 20, matching numbers to groups, adding with pictures, taking away, an I-spy count and a graph. Count-and-clip cards, a pattern page, size ordering, an odd-one-out puzzle, a maze, a dot-to-dot and a draw-the-other-half page finish the set.
