Check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder) for the email from Built Brains — the button opens your download page. Still missing? Email support@builtbrains.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Phones sometimes can't open ZIP files. Tap each book's “Download PDF” button instead, or open the download page on a computer.

Yes. Your download page is your permanent access — bookmark it, or use the link in your order email any time.

No. Every book comes in a Colourful Edition and a Black & White Edition. The black and white one prints well on any home printer, saves ink, and gives your child pictures to color.

Both editions come in US Letter and A4. Use the size that matches your paper and print at “Actual size” (or “Fit”).

Yes. Print as many copies as the children in your home need, as often as you like. Slip favorites into plastic sleeves and use dry-erase markers to reuse them.

Yes — teachers can print for their own class. Please don't share the files or post them online.

Most of our printables are made for ages 3 to 6. Each product shows its age range, and pages go from easier to harder so you can follow your child.

Add it to your cart and tick “This is a gift”. Add their name and email, your message and the date — we email the gift that morning (US time) and send you a printable gift certificate.

No. The gift email and gift page show your name, your message and the books — never the price.

Choose a design (or use your own photo) on the gift cards page. They enter the code at checkout under “Add promotion code”. Gift cards never expire, and if they spend less, we email a new code for the rest.
