About this book
Spring Math & Reading Fun
Spring Math & Reading Fun is a 31-page set of spring worksheets for kindergarten and pre-K, for ages 4 to 6. Flowers, sprouts, watering cans, birdhouses, rain clouds and butterflies fill the pages.
Two coloring scenes capture the season: a mother bird feeding babies in a nest on a blossoming branch, and a child flying a kite across a windy field of flowers.
The literacy work moves from tracing spring words to cutting out word cards, reading “I see a” and “I like the” sentences and finding words in two word searches, then writing a short spring story. The math work covers counting to 10 and 20, matching numbers to sets, adding with pictures, taking away, comparing more and less, an I-spy count and a picture graph. Count-and-clip cards, patterns, ordering by size, odd one out, a maze, a star dot-to-dot and a symmetry page round out the pack.
It comes as a printable PDF in black-and-white, ready for US Letter or A4 paper.
