About this book
Snow Day Winter Busy Book
For snow days and long afternoons indoors, this winter busy book gives 3 to 5 year olds 43 pages of quiet activities with snowflakes, sleds, polar bears, penguins, igloos and mittens.
The six coloring scenes are full of winter fun. Penguins slide down an icy hill on their bellies, a child builds a snow fort with a happy dog, a rabbit and a squirrel peek out of a snowy log, and two friends lie in the snow sweeping out snow shapes. A child sips cocoa by a frosty window, and a smiling moose wears a striped scarf in the pines.
Between the pictures your child traces winter words, follows paths with a crayon, works three mazes from easy to harder, joins dot-to-dots, finds matching shadows, counts to 10, compares big and small, completes patterns and finds the picture that does not belong. The book ends with clip cards, word cards, a drawing page and a certificate.
This is a black-and-white PDF printable sized for US Letter and A4. It is not tied to any holiday, so it works from December through February.
